I am from Mehsana and recently had my MICS Mitral Valve Replacement surgery done by Dr. Dhaval Naik at CIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad. Before coming to him, I had heard his name from many people. Whenever I asked for the best doctor for heart valve surgery, many people suggested Dr. Dhaval. Still, I was very scared because heart surgery is not a small thing.

From the first day I met him, I felt comfortable. He explained my heart problem in very simple language that I could easily understand. He showed my reports, explained why the surgery was needed, what would happen during the operation, and how the recovery would be. He never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions patiently. He also spoke nicely with my family and cleared all their doubts.

The biggest thing I liked about him was that he treated me like a person, not just another patient. He was calm, positive, and confident, which gave me a lot of courage during a difficult time. Before the surgery, he kept reassuring me and my family that everything would be taken care of properly.

The surgery went well, and I thank God and Dr. Dhaval for that. The whole team at CIMS Hospital was also very supportive. The nurses, ICU staff, and doctors took good care of me throughout my stay.

Even after the surgery, Dr. Dhaval continued to guide me. He explained what precautions to take, what changes I might feel during recovery, and how to slowly return to normal life. Whenever I met him, he listened carefully and never ignored any concern.

Today, when I look back, I feel lucky that I chose Dr. Dhaval Naik for my surgery. He is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also a very humble and caring human being. For any patient who is worried about heart surgery, I can say from my own experience that you will feel safe under his care.
